SANI-SHIELD... AS “GREEN” AS IT GETS

While most of us have heard of the recent buzz surrounding the ‘green movement’ within the residential and industrial cleaning industries, and there is a backlog at green certification companies to get approvals; manufacturers are now touting their products more than ever as being green and safe for the environment. Is there anybody actually doing something to reduce the millions and millions of gallons of excess cleaners being used on a daily basis to clean our homes, buildings and public facilities world wide?

Unelko Corp, the makers of Sani Shield and Clean & Shield the New “Barrier” cleaning system is doing just that! They have been marketing Sani Shield a new hydrogen peroxide based “eco-friendly” cleaner that leaves an “antimicrobial”, water, soil and stain repellent barrier on the surface that reduces the adhesion and build-up of soil and grime for easier next time cleaning and which prevents the future growth of odor causing bacteria, mold, mildew and other contaminates. Steven Ohlhausen President of Unelko says “if you can prevent the amount of soil and grime build-up in the first place, you will greatly reduce the amount of effort and chemicals needed to remove the soil that you let accumulate on the surface".

Unelko has shown a number of end users within the Health Care, School, Food Service and other industries how they can “Clean Smarter and Not Harder” by using its new barrier products to protect the surfaces in their facilities and help the environment by reducing the need for all of the excess chemicals they use on a constant basis. Especially in this economy, this can mean huge dollars to end users by reducing the impact chemical purchases make on the already tight budgets. “We have shown a number of companies how we could save them in excess of 50% on their chemical purchases by simply using Sani Shield to Clean, Shield and Protect surfaces in 1 Step and maintain the barrier”. “You need less cleaner to clean a protected surface, because the dirt and soil won’t stick and comes off much easier. As a matter of fact, in many instances, all you need is water and a microfiber towel to clean a surface that has been previously treated with the Sani Shield product”. That is as “Green” as it gets!

In this case Prevention is better than the cure!
